Work Location Requirement
This is an on-site position. Therefore, you must complete all work at the physical location. Remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
Tasks
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
Estimate ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Additionally, you will monitor daily operations and resolve issues quickly. Furthermore, you will support team performance and maintain service standards.
